Volevo sapere, è possibile su Kubuntu mettere una barra del menu tipo quella del Mac??

Ma tu intendi quella che sta in cima allo schermo o il dock in basso?

Intendo il dock in basso. Ho provato ad installarne uno con SuperKaramba ma non mi piace molto, e poi ho provato con kxdocker ma non riesco ad avviarlo, non so perchè.....

la versione di kxdocker che c'è nei repositories è vecchia e piena di bug...se lo vuoi funzionante devi compilarlo.
Se ti va bene una cosa tipo la foto allora installa ksmoothdock

Come non detto!
Dal sito che mi hai consigliato mi sono scaricata il file, ho fatto configure....
tutto a posto. Lancio make e dopo un po che lavora mi si impianta con questo errore:

cmq se vuoi diamo un occhio anche a questo errore.
Riesci a postare tutto l'output di make?

dovresti installare dai repositories:
automake-1.9

inoltre quando dai configure devi aggiungere il prefisso, così:
./configure --prefix=/usr
