An attempt to configure apt to install additional packages from the CD failed.
xubuntu apt-setup: #015 Reading Package Indexes... Error! #015
xubuntu apt-setup: E: cannot find filename or size tag
xubuntu apt-setup: E: no CD-ROM could be autodetected or found using the default mount point
xubuntu apt-setup: you may try the --cdrom option to set the CD-ROM mount point. See "man apt-cdrom" for more information about the CD-ROM autodetection and mount point.
