Football manager 2014 e ubuntu 12.04

Buongiorno,
ho installato ubuntu 12.04 LTS per provare a giocare con Football manager 2014. L'installazione di Steam e del gioco non mi ha dato problemi,ma quando lancio il gioco ho il seguente messaggio e il gioco non si avvia:

Una cosa per migliorare la leggibilità: modifica il messaggio inserendo il listato del messaggio di steam all'interno del tag Codice.
