[Risolto] Kodi non parte

Ho aggiornato la versione di kodi e il programma non parte più. L'ho disinstallato e installato di nuovo, ma il problema persiste. Cosa posso fare? Grazie

non saprei, puoi provare a rinominare la cartella nascosta .kodi.old nella home o in .config e provare a farlo partire...

che versione di kodi hai installato e da dove ? dai repository di ubuntu? o tramite deb o ppa?

Dal sito di Kodi ho dato sul terminale questi comandi:

sudo apt-get install kodi

Prova a reinstallarlo vedo che hanno aggiunto sul ppa una nuova versione 1 ora fà probabilmente quella che hai installato tu ieri aveva un bug.

Comunque se vuoi una versione di Kodi sempre aggiornata (non quella nei repo di ubuntu) senza incorrere in problemi ti conviene passare a ubuntu 16.04 come riportato nel thread da uno degli sviluppatori

Old distros require a substantial amount of backporting dependencies for kodi to even build. Sometimes getting those dependencies to build requires even more backporting of their deps in turn...
If you take the time to look at our launchpad PPAs, you might notice that I am the only one that is doing all the packaging, so please keep your demands in relation to that.

Con la 16.04 ho un problema con libre calc che ancora non ho risolto. Comunque grazie
