Repos ed errori nella configurazione dei pacchetti

Innanzi tutto vi prego di non inalberarvi per l'apertura di questo thread e per gli argomenti in esso contenuti.
Ho in questo periodo gravi problemi a stare davanti allo schermo che, se tutto andrà bene, passeranno, ma non prima di una quindicina di giorni, non prima di un mesetto.
Già da tempo mi porto dietro alcuni problemini che non riesco a risolvere da solo e l'ultimo aggiornamento ne ha aggiunto un altro.
Metto sotto quanto ho pensato essere utile.

Ad una prima occhiata, ho notato che hai i repository di Medibuntu duplicati.

Verifica che in /etc/apt/source.list.d/ (attenzione, è una directory ) non ci sia una lista per i Medibuntu.
Se ci fosse, eliminala e rilancia il sudo apt-get update.

Una cosa strana e preoccupante è ciò che segue:

Non mi era mai capitata una cosa del genere: avrei fatto meglio forse a usare Nautilus, ma la riga di comando è un'abitudine che difficilmente abbandono...

Quello che ho scritto non è proprio esatto, mannaggia alla fretta! 
Però, come scrivevo, posso tenere gli occhi aperti per poco tempo e i fastidi accessori sono molti altri (annebbiamento e confusione). Ecco perché chiedevo il aiuto, io che difficilmente ne chiedo uno...

I repos adesso paiono funzionare, ma non ricordo esattamente ciò che ho fatto per sistemarli.

Rimangono i problemi dei pacchetti. Inserisco sotto alcune informazioni, spero, utili.
