mi dispiace... magari se mi dici che tema usi ti aiuto a trovarne uno simile ma modificabile...

un' altra soluzione sarebbe impostare alle proprietà dello sfondo del pannello Nessuno (usare tema di sistema)
però non so se ti piace

Ne approfitto per chiedere come cambiare il colore dei font del tema di human, cioè vado su /usr/share/themes/human/ ed apro human con gedit sul terminale, ora vorrei cambiare il colore dei caratteri del pannello superiore da nero a bianco, però non so dove devo mettere mano, e quale codice inserire.
Sapete dirmi se posso andarci anche da gconf-editor e modificare da lì?grazie e scusate l'ot. :)

credo tu debba cambiare la parte iniziale

e al posto di #000000 (che è nero) mettere il codice di altri colori
comunque modificando così ti cambierà il colore di tutto il testo
non solo di quello del pannello

Infatti l'idea mi era venuta proprio per questo, xkè se si poteva modificare i colori dei font dal tema di human, credo avrebbe potuto farlo nello stesso modo anche per il suo tema, cmq grazie era quello che volevo sentire. al limite vi posto l'immagine del file del tema di human così potete dirmi quel'è la voce esatta riferita al pannello e non a tutto il testo.

Io ho usato gnome color chooser e sono riuscito molto facilmente a cambiare il coolore del font sul pannello, quindi ti posso garantire che con quello ci riesci. Non ho letto bene tutto il topic, ma forse ti converrebbe cercare di installarlo perchè la cosa non mi sembra ancora risolta dopo 2 pagine =P
Magari dicci che errore ti dà...

Allora io purtroppo non riesco ad installare gnome-color-chooser a causa di errori delle dipendenze. Se sapresti dirmi dove trovare tutte le dipendenze mancanti riuscirei ad installare il pacchetto e magari ad ottenere quello che voglio.

Non riesco sempre mi dice che mancano le librerie anche dopo aver fatto sudo apt-get -f install. Tu come fai???

Nel mio synaptic non risultano. ci sono versioni più vecchie.!! e se do l'update non updata nulla.

Quelle io le ho gia installate, ma sono le versioni 2.4 non 2.8 quindi non saprei che dirti. forse dei repository aggiornati!!

L'ho installato anch'io è funziona, personalmente o visto che la versione aggiornata non è che abbia più di tanto rispetto a questa versione che è gia abbastanza completa. 8)
