inpossibile effettuare il login con vsftpd

se tale indirizzo lo digito nel browser (firefox) mi compare la schermata dove evo mettere username e passwrod, metendo come username "anonymouse" e premendo direttamente invio mi da questo errore:

530 This FTP server is anonymous only.

se digito nel terminale non cambia sostanzialmente nulla l'errore è questo:

Connected to 192.168.1.218.
220 (vsFTPd 2.3.0)
Name (192.168.1.218:miciomax):

metto anonymouse e premo invio mi da:

devi mettere anche una password, di solito l'indirizzo email

penso sia il solito problema dei permessi.. quando monti il device non da i permessi giusti. Ora temporaneamente specificali te, utilizzando i comandi chmod che ti avevo scritto in un post precedente

sì.. ora il server ftp funziona. Questo è in sola lettura per il momento per gli utenti anounymous, quindi nel caso devi aggiungere anche i permessi di scrittura (upload e creazione directory).

dal browser che errore ti esce?

il browser ha memorizzato il login nella sessione.. prova chiuderlo, riaprirlo e usare questa sintassi:

prova anche con un altro client, tipo nautilus, utilizzando Risorse -> connetti al server -> ftp pubblico

da menù Risorse----connetti al server.....ftp pubblico non so come configurarlo, comunque a me interessava poter accedere da browser visto che, condividendo il materiale con i miei amici, loro non usano ubuntu ma di gran lunga windows, quindi ecco il motivo per cui ci tenevo a riuscire a effettuare l'accesso da browser. ::) sto impazzendo giuro....

beh puoi anche utilizzare client come filezilla ad esempio.

Comunque il server ftp ora funziona, il login anonimi li accetta perché lo hai fatto con il comando ftp

ho provato con filezilla, mi ha connesso solo che, non lego la famosa cartella Prova creata l'altro giorno nella cartella ftp, quando clicco sulla cartella che non ha nome, mi dice che è impossibile leggerne il contenuto

è sempre dovuto ai permessi sulla cartella penso, posta:

ps: ho trovato un'opzione interessante che penso ti permetta di evitare l'utilizzo di una password fittizia (direttamente dalla manpage):

no_anon_password
When enabled, this prevents vsftpd from asking for an anonymous password - the anonymous user will log straight in.

settandola su YES credo che ti basti specificare lo username, quindi anche da browser dovresti accedere con:

se cambi l'opzione ricordati di restartare vsftpd

ora per risolvere puoi fare:

però poi è necessario secondo me montare il disco automaticamente all'avvio e in modo che tutti possono quantomeno leggerne il contenuto, altrimenti tutte le volte che lo monti devi rimettere a posto i permessi.

non va sempre stesso errore.

allora.. per quanto riguarda il file di configurazione hai 2 volte la direttiva chroot_local_user=YES. Togli una di queste, e l'altra mettila a NO, perché in questo momento non stai utilizzando local users.

Invece per la questione dell'accesso via browser prova solo con:

se ti chiede username e password questa volta specifica solo username.
