Aggiustare il filesystem?

Ogni tanto il portatile si blocca all avvio con un errore di file sistem, da quando ho interrotto bruscamente il lavoro di copiatura di gparted nella /home mentre facevo delle partizioni, allora ho trovato di aiuto in rete un comando sudo e2fsck -p -f -v /dev/......, ho avviato una live e il risultato e questo sotto

The superblock could not be read or does not describe a correct ext2
filesystem.  If the device is valid and it really contains an ext2
filesystem (and not swap or ufs or something else), then the superblock
is corrupt, and you might try running e2fsck with an alternate superblock:
    e2fsck -b 8193
