[Risolto]Problemi con gestore aggiornamenti

Buona sera a tutti,da un pò di giorni quando vado su gestore aggiornamenti per aggiornare il sistema e clicco su verifica mi viene fuori questo messaggio:

"Impossibile scaricare tutti gli indici dell'archivio

L'archivio potrebbe non essere più disponibile o non più raggiungibile per problemi di rete. Se disponibile, verrà utilizzata una versione vecchia degli indici, altrimenti l'archivio verrà ignorato. apri il file /etc/apt/sources.list con i permessi e commenta la voce incriminata

per commentare una riga basta mettere come primo carattere #

si. ho provato pure ad usare tutti i comandi disponibili, ma niente ogni volta che provo ad aggiornare mi da lo stesso errore

apri lil file con sudo cancella quello che c'era e copia quello che ti ho messo qua sopra
poi sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

ti ho commentato le due cose che facevano casino, una sinceramente non so cosa servisse, l'altra era per la 7.10, mentre tu usi hardy...
direi qualcosa di sperimentato che ti porti dietro da un po'!
