Aggiornamento s 8.10 e la tastiera non va più

ciao a tutti,

ho un portatile acer e da ieri, da quando ho aggiornato alla 8.10, tra i vari problemi riscontrati ora c'è pure la tastiera che non mi prende certi caratteri, tipo la @ (sto facendo copia e incolla dalle email...) e altri. Inoltre i tasti di direzione, il canc e altri non funzionano.
Su sitema - preferenze - tastiera è tutto come prima, cioè "italiano tasti muti rimossi" (ho provato pure le atre opzioni, ma il risultato non cambia) e il modello di tastiera è "portatile acer".

Qualcuno mi sa dare una mano?
