RISOLTO errorem synaptic

Salve, sono un nuov user di ubuntu
ho un problema con synaptic. Nel momoento in cui lo apro er scaricare di pacchetti di aggiornamento mi compare una finestra con questa scritta:

E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem.
E: _cache->open() failed, please report.


ho provato ad eseguire il comando che mi indicava e nel terminale mi esce questo messaggio:

emanuele@emanuele-desktop:~$ sudo dpkg --configure -a

A questo punto mi son bloccato. Potete aiutarmi a risolvere questo problema.

rimuovi quel pacchetto:

sudo apt-get remove sun-java6-doc

l'hop fatto ma non mi fa fare niente
mi riesce questo messaggio:
