Da un paio di giorni l'icona synaptic degli aggiornamenti rimane sempre attiva e spostandosi sopra con il mouse appare il messaggio:
error:opening the cache  (E:Read error - read (5 Input/output error)
"Questo significa che in genere i pacchetti installati presentano dipendenze irrisolte" >:(

chiedo il vostro aiuto grazie...

apri un terminale e dai i seguenti comandi: e riporta i risultati che ottieni

apt-get update

E: La lista dei pacchetti o il file di status non possono essere letti o aperti.

apt-get upgrade

dai e posta anche il tuo sources.list

ma non ti dice niente altro?mi sembra strano...
e il tuo sources.list?

che versione di ubuntu stai usando,per saperlo digita in un terminale: @alessio66 : gli faccio aprire il sources.list senza il sudo per cui non può fare danni...

visto che hai intrepid commenta la riga relativa nel tuo sources.list,cioè questa riga: ci metti un asterisco davanti così: per modificare il file devi aprirlo usando questa volta sudo...

è gia cosi l'ho omesso nell' copia incolla...qualcuno sa la soluzione?

nessuno sa come risolvere il problema? ???
