porca vacca quanta roba! sembra ci sia il duplicato di un repo ma io non l'ho trovato

Non è che hai medibuntu in un file diverso da /etc/apt/sources.list? Per esempio, controlla se hai una cartella /etc/apt/sources.list.d in cui si trovano i repository di medibuntu

Allora puoi rimuovere medibuntu da /etc/apt/sources.list se ce l'hai già in un altro file
