[RISOLTO] Riscontrato problema sui pacchetti aggiornamenti.

Ciao a tutti, sono un nuovo utente di Ubuntu, ho riscontrato un problema e cerco un aiuto.
Praticamente oggi mi è spuntato un  icona in alto a destra  con un segnale di pericolo giallo e dentro un punto esclamativo, se ci vado con il mouse senza cliccare mi dice:

Le informazioni di aggiornamento non sono recenti. Questo può essere causato da problemi di rete o da un reopository non più disponibile. Per aggiornare manualmente fare clic sull'icona di notifica, selezionare “Controlla aggiornamenti” e contrallare se alcuni repostory elencati genereano errori.


Se ci clicco mi apre Gestore aggiornamenti e dopo che scarica mi dice: Impossibile scaricare tutti gli indici dell'archivio

L'archivio potrebbe non essere più disponibile o non più raggiungibile per problemi di rete. Se disponibile, verrà utilizzata una versione vecchia degli indici, altrimenti l'archivio verrà ignorato. Controllare la propria connessione di rete e assicurarsi che l'indirizzo dell'archivio inserito nelle preferenze sia corretto.

Impossibile scaricare alcune file di indice, essi verranno ignorati, oppure si useranno quelli precedenti.

Cosa posso fare per correggierlo?

e prova a vedere se si risolve!!

altrimenti potrebbe essere un problema di server medibuntu dato che l'errore è relativo a quei repository!! ma il resto del sistema si aggiorna normalmente?

se poi MPlayer e xine (w32codecs) ti funzionano comunque bene e ti continua a dare errore basta mettere # davanti alle righe di cui sopra e non ti darà più errore.

salve a tutti sono nuovo anche io e credo di avere lo stesso problema di mat23.
quando cerco di aggiornare l'add/remove applications mi da questo messaggio di errore:
