[Risolto] Problema "Gestore aggiornamenti"

Ciao a tutti avrei un problemino con il gestore aggiornamenti: da un po di tempo quando verifico la disponibilità di aggiornamenti mi appare questa schermata...che devo fare?
Ho letto che dovrei postare il sources.list, ma non so come si fa....
Ah, inoltre avevo cercato di installare pulseaudio per far funzionare la scheda sonora (ora funge, ma il volume lo posso regolare solo da Front e PCM, mentre da Principale non mi si fila) e sulla schermata iniziale del gestore aggiornamenti mi compaiono queste scritte:

evidentemente i repo che hai aggiunto sono down...toglili. per pulse magari aggiungendo qualcosa di esterno hai problemi con le dipendenze, per quello non ti fa aggiornare

Perdonami ma ho iniziato da poco ad esplorare il mondo Linux e ci sto sbattendo la testa non poco....

Allora ho fatto come hai detto tu ma le righe su source.list non ci sono...posto il contenuto di sorce.list:

Ok grazie!! Ho tolto le righe che mi hai detto e non fa più l'errore...ti avevo detto che non le trovavo perchè sono diverse rispetto a quelle che apparivano sul gestore aggiornamenti...
Anche oggi ho imparato qualche cosa
