Problema Auitenticazione apt

Ciao a tutti, ho installato ex novo Ubuntu Plus 10.04, tutto bene, ma quando vado a fare gli aggiornamenti richiesti mi da errore di questo tipo :

Problema di autenticazione apt

Puoi fare gli aggiornamenti da terminale e postare quelloche dice?
