Controlla se sono installati i pacchetti ubuntu-keyring, medibuntu-keyring, loro si occupano delle chiavi dei repository ufficiali. O in caso prova a disinstallarli e reinstallarli.

ho reinstallato quei pacchetti, ma il problema non è solo per ubuntu tweak, ma per tutti i software che voglio installare!  :'(

Guarda, l'errore non è niente di che, dice solo che non riesce a recuperare le chiavi gpg dei repository. Questo non ti impedirà di installare i pacchetti.
Prova a cambiare i server da dove vengono presi i pacchetti, da sistema->amministrazione->sorgenti software, e cambia la voce "scaricare da: ....."
