[Install] windows xp 32 e ubuntu 11.04 amd64

vorrei installare ubuntu 11.04 versione 64 bit in dual boot con windows xp versione 32bit; chiedo è possibile?? o questo ibrido può creare incompatibilità nella lettura e modifica di file windows?? Grazie
