[Grub] GRUB RESCUE

(perchè smanettando per cercare di risolvere problemi ho eliminato grub-pc e ho riavviato senza ristallarlo)



ecco quello che succede:

chiaramente se faccio ripartire tutto mi si ripresenta

il pacchetto che dovevi installare si chiama grub-pc quindi apt-get install grub-pc prima fai pulizia con apt-get purge grub

quindi ricapitolando apt-get purge grub poi apt-get install grub-pc

Se ricevi errori dal server è perchè in questi giorni sono sovraccarichi dall'uscita di oneiric

quindi riprova ad orari diversi magari anche domani, se il problema persiste fatti risentire

grazie gente, però sono su "try ubuntu" avviato dal cd e non mi prende la linea

in caso di errori posta il risultato poi dobbiamo controllare delle cose quindi quando hai fatto posta per dire che hai fatto

No non devi seguire quella fai come ti ho detto io, prima ho citato lo sproposito ma tu non devi seguirla

/dev/sda7  (che è quella di linux)  mi risulta montata..

io non ci sto capendo più nulla fai una cosa riavvia la live poi ridai il sudo grub-install /dev/sda vediamo come si può girare intorno al problema

normalmente dovresti seguire la guida sopra ma senza internet è un macello

se posso intromettermi: il comando è già stato dato, con esito negativo da live (vedi 1°) post

forse si potrebbe tentare di scaricare il pacchetto grub-pc dal computer con cui è connessa adesso e trasferirlo in quello da sistemare

riavviato la live, la risposta è quella della risposta 13 (vedi sopra)..

come faccio a trasferirlo sull'altro computer poi? dalla live??

ok cambiamo sistema sudo mount /dev/sda5 /mnt

se non ti da errori sudo grub-setup -d /mnt/boot/grub /dev/sda

sperando che i file ci siano ancora in /boot/grub

non lo scrivo ma posta in caso di errori
