(RISOLTO)Help Errore "unknow filesystem grub rescue"

Salve, avendo il pc un po incasinato ho deciso di formattare sopra una vecchia installazione.
Ma all'avvio ho questo errore:
"unknow filesystem grub rescue"
Da cd live ho fatto:
Cosa mi conviene fare?
Ricordo che vorrei salvare i file che ho in /dev/sda5 visto che è un Hdd da 320 GB partizionato in ext3 (sda6) da 110Gb e ext4 da 209Gb (sda5) swap Sda1 da 1gb.
Ma all'avvio ho questo errore:
"unknow filesystem grub rescue"
Da cd live ho fatto:
