Schermo nero dopo aggiornamento

Salve a tutti e grazie agli admin per avermi accettato. Ho la 20.4 in seguito ad aggiornamenti non riesco più a far partire normalmente il sistema, ho lo schermo nero all'avvio. Seguendo questa guida, inserisco il comando noapic riesco a vedere tutto com'era prima ma non posso fare niente perchè mouse e tastiera non funzionano, neanche quelli esterni, suggerimenti? https://itsfoss.com/fix-ubuntu-freezing/

Dalla live, vedi se la 2a casella nella App Software e aggiornamenti è spuntata.
Nel terminale connesso a internet, non importa come, wifi , cavo, tethering Usb

Installazione ibrida! Ubuntu installato in modalità Legacy/csm .
Se non vuoi problemi ripeti l'installazione in modalità Uefi con Secure boot attivo e la modalità legacy/csm disattivata.

Quindi hai pagato una nVidia per usare la grafica integrata, non mi sembra la soluzione ottimale tanto più che al primo aggiornamento del Kernel salterà nuovamente.

Sicuramente aggiornerò, sto già provando, ma quantomeno adesso posso provare, suggerimenti?
