riconfigurare localepurge

Salve, mi spiegate per favore come mai con il comando "localepurge" da terminale mi da:
Anche riconfigurando con dpkg-reconfigure localepurge
ogni volta che il sistema aggiorna dei pacchetti ottengo gli stessi risultati
