[risolto]mi si è suicidato plasma

poco fa ho installato un gico con wine. mentre lo provavo è crashato ed è tornato al desktop da solo. il desktop era tutto zoomato, come se fosse in 800x600.
ho dato un riavvio e ho schermo nero, mouse e un avviso che plasma è andato in crash. tutto il resto va.
lancio le applicazioni con alt+f2 e partono. infatti sto scrivendo da kubuntu lol.
ho provato a rinominare la cartella .kde ma al riavvio mi diceva che mancava kstartupconfig4.
l'ho ririnominata ed è ripartito.
come si può risolvere?
dando "plasma" in terminale esce questo errore, e poi l'avviso del crash

Se cancelli le cartelle plasma in /home/nome_utente/.kde/share/apps e i file plasma in /home/nome_utente/.kde/share/config dovresti risolvere
Il tutto si ricrea automaticamente dopo aver dato il classico Alt+F2 "plasma"

non ho né cartelle né file plasma in quelle cartelle
ho provato a reinstallare anche alcuni pacchetti di plasma ma niente da fare...

Se provi a cancellare la cartella .kde ti da l'errore che manca kstartupconfig4?

l'ho rinominata, se la cancello ho paura di non riuscire più a rientrare almeno così senza plasma...

have found a way to fix it. The problem was in the
~/.kde4/share/config/plasma-appletsrc file. What I have done is to replace the
wrong resolution settings for the new ones. Since I used to have 1280x1024 and
now 1024x800, I have issued the next couple of commands:
sed -i's/1024/800/g' ~/.kde4/share/config/plasma-appletsrc
sed -i's/1280/1024/g' ~/.kde4/share/config/plasma-appletsrc
¡...and voila!
I think KDE should ask the user that new resolution settings have been
detected. Then if the user wants KDE to change it, proceed.

Il tizio dice di avere risolto, prova a seguire la procedura (forse eccetto per la cartella che secondo me dovrebbe essere .kde e non kde4)

I pacchetti plasma in fondo sono pochi, io purgherei e reinstallerei il tutto
Come paracadute al limite metti provvisoriamente xfce per avere comunque un DE

c'è scritto anche che il bug è stato risolto in kde 4.2.2
se non ho capito male capita quando un'altra applicazione va a cambiare la risoluzione dello schermo, poi plasma non è capace di ritornare da solo a quella sua e va in crash.. però non riesco a risolvere lo stesso. prima di reinstallare, se qualcuno mi manda via email il suo file
/usr/share/kubuntu-default-settings/kde4-profile/default/share/config/plasma-appletsrc
magari sovrascrivendo il mio funziona. io ho un monitor a 1024x768.
altra cosa non capisco perchè in quel bug parlano anche del file plasma-appletsrc presente in .kde
io non ho quel file, né nessun altro file o cartella di plasma nella .kde...

ho provato già a togliere kdebase-plasma kdeplasma-addons e kdeplasma-addons-data e a rimetterli, ma niente. altri pacchetti fondamentali di plasma, se li tolgo, rimuovono il kubuntu-desktop >:(

Ma se l'hai rinominato la cartella .kde vuol dire che ne hai due nella home, in nessuna di queste due cartelle ci sono quei file?

ho disinstallato anche libplasma3 e con esso tutto il kubuntu-desktop e ciononostante è ancora in crash plasma (rotfl) però son tornati ad andare gli effetti desktop.. ::)

per opportuna conoscenza, alla fine ho risolto, cancellando quel benedetto file, ovvero il file plasmaappletsrc presente in /usr/share... ecc.
al riavvio mi ha dato finalmente di nuovo plasma, anche se ovviamente ho perso tutte le impostazioni (plasmoidi, desktop, tema, menuK, pannello ecc.).
poco male, mi ero già rassegnato a reinstallare.
