dopo aver reinstallato Kubuntu, si è presentato anche a me il problema del mancato spegnimento del pc.
Premetto che prima della reinstallazione tutto funzionava alla perfezione (ho reinstallato partendo dallo stesso CD live).
L'unico modo per spegnerlo è terminare la sessione e fare il shutdown dal pannello di autenticazione.
Il mio sospetto è che la causa si debba ricercare in qualche aggiornamento. Posto il mio sources.list:
Ho provato già con i vari comandi da inserire in menu.lst (es. apm power_off=1), ma niente da fare.
