[Install] errore durante l'aggiornamento sistema

Ciao a tutti,

il mio sistema rende questo messaggio d'errore dopo la ricerca di aggiornamenti.

Dopo tale avviso non riesco più a chiudere la finestra "aggiornamenti software".

Come posso rimediare?

Controlla il tuo source.lst, credo di capire che hai righe "doppie".

Apri il terminale, dai sudo nano /etc/apt/source.lst
se invece hai gnome come desktop, allora sudo gedit /etc/apt/source.lst
poi posti qui se non riesci a capire, ciao

postaci il contenuto del file sources.list : gedit /etc/apt/sources.list (se hai ubuntu , mentre se hai kubuntu al posto di gedit metti kate)

fai una copia di backup del vecchio prima di procedere...spero di non aver fatto errori nella copia
dopo aver copiato tutto da un bel sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade

Aggiungo che dopo il comando:

sudo gedit /etc/apt/source.lst

pur riuscendo ad aprire il file source.lst, ho ricevuto a terminale il seguente warning:

(gedit:5379): libgnomevfs-WARNING **: Failed to open session DBUS connection: Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken.
Volume monitoring will not work.
