chiavetta wind zte mf710

Ciao a tutti
ho una nuova chiavetta della wind ZTE MF 710.
per riuscire ad utilizzarla ho aggiornato sui miei due pc, portatile e fisso, la 14.04 di Lubuntu, visto che le versioni precedenti nemmeno trovavano la periferica.
premetto che ho già cercato discussioni a riguardo, qui sul forum ce ne è una che ho consultato ma che non mi è stata di aiuto.
Allora, sul portatile la chiavetta viene vista, me la monta, la smonto la rimonta e mi chiede il pin. A questo punto posso provare a connettermi. Su diciamo un centinaio di prove sono riuscito una cosa come 3 volte... E' chiaro che la cosa è snervante, e diventa impossibile utilizzare una chiavetta se ci vogliono una due ore di tentativi solo per connetersi.
Sul fisso invece c'è un ulteriore problema: la chiavetta mi viene riconosciuta, ma non mi viene visualizzata come montata, quindi non posso smontarla e provare a connettermi.

sul portatile ho anche provato a far andare la chiavetta con wine, usando il programmino windows, ma dopo l'installazione non sembra partire.

Ciao.
sì, la discussione che mi hai linkato l'avevo letta, ma non mi è stata di aiuto. Tanto più che a me si connette ad internet, solo che lo fa una volta ogni 50, devo continuare a attaccare e staccare la chiavetta e riprovare. Ma così ci perdo i pomeriggi...
Qualcuno sa intanto come posso da terminale smontare e rimontare la chiavetta, visto che non me la visualizza (facendo lsusb però la visualizza come montata)

Da terminale dai questi comandi senza la chiavetta ZTE inserita:

sudo gedit /lib/udev/rules.d/40-usb_modeswitch.rules
vai in fondo al file; prima di LABEL="modeswitch_rules_end" aggiungi questa riga:

salva ed esci dall'editor di testo.

riavvia il pc.

Ci sono diversi tipi di chiavette Internet; alcune hanno il CD-ROM virtuale altre dispositivi di massa usb.

Da terminale postami questi comandi:

questo con la chiavetta Internet ZTE dopo 1 minuto che l'hai inserita; ho il sospetto che abbia un dispositivo di massa usb e non il CD-ROM virtuale.
