dopo installazione mint 17 non monta gli hd

buongiorno a tutti, ho questo problema: sono passato a linux mint 17 da windows 10, l'installazione è andata bene, vado per aprire una cartella su un hd ma mi viene fuori questa schermata :

qualcuno saprebbe dirmi che è successo ed eventualmente come risolvere il problema? Grazie
