Errore col GRUB...HELP

ciao ragazzi....oggi dopo un pò di tempo mi sono cimentato di nuovo con la feisty...ma ho avuto un problemuccio con gli hd
la mia situazione è la seguente :
1 hard disk s-ata in master da 160 con winzozz sopra
1 hard disk p-ata in slave da 40 gb con ubuntu sopra
dando un fdisk -l questo è il risultato
come vedete ho un pò di casotto nellhd da 160 gb perchè ho una partizione all'inizio che togliendola mi compromette tutto il sistema, ma anche la tabulazione è molto incasinata, mentre il secondo è il 40 gb con ubuntu sopra.
Questo invece è il menu.lst di grub :
ecco...il problema è che all'avvio winzozz nn parte...e nn so come mai sta cosa...perchè tutti i setting sono giusti, compresi i numeri di partizone come potete anche voi vedere dall' fdisk...
mi da errore : Invalid device requested....
che posso fare ragazzi...qualche consiglio?
