[Compiz] Piccolo problema

ciao a tutti, ho installato compiz ma non va... se do il comando ./compiz-check esce questo:

funziona tutto tranne texture_from_pixmap.. come faccio ad abilitarlo??

ma compiz non è gia installato di suo? spiegami un poco perchè non credo di aver capito bene la situazione

allora: io ho installato i driver ati come spiegato nelle guide.. il 3d funziona e pure il supporto aiglx....
poi ho provato da shell a dare il comando "compiz" ma diceva che il pacchetto non era installato.. allora ho installo compiz-fusion...
poi ho fatto il check per vedere se fosse tutto funzionante ma come ti ho fatto vedere nel post precedente, manca il texture_from_pixmap

nb: se aggiungo la sezione composite, non si avvia più il server X
