[RISOLTO] [Compiz] Problema video

Possiedo una scheda video ATi 9200 SE (chipset RV280 mi pare) che con gli open va come un treno. L'unica pecca che i driver open abbiano avuto era il fatto che attivando gli effetti di compiz i video (e pure i salvaschermo) si "perdevano",
come si può approondire da questo post.
Tuttavia ultimamente mi pareva che fosse un problema risolto (come testimonia quest'altro post), ma dopo aver smanettato per qualche scemenza ho distrutto l'incanto... :'(
Chi può aiutarmi???

mentre quelli che supportano l'Xv sono i 6.9...
