In pratica è come liferea o simili, è un'aggregatore di feed RSS (http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Really_simple_syndication).
Solo che è (molto) più veloce dei programmi normali sul computer (con un centinaio di feed liferea diventa molto lento) e non dipende dal computer quindi lo puoi usare dovunque. =)
