Potresti scrivere in italiano ciò che vuoi dire/comunicare nella ML?... perché non conosco affatto il programma.

Salve,
utilizzo wammu su Ubuntu 9.04 e non riesco ad usare il programma per leggere gli sms. Possiedo un samsung SGH-J700 che supporta la visualizzazione degli sms, ma ogni volta che provo ad ottenerli non ne visualizzo nessuno anche se nella sim del cell invece ce ne sono una trentina circa. Sapete dirmi come mai? C'è un modo per risolvere questo problema?

ovviamente si deve trovare la forma in cui suona meglio in inglese

Hi (ormai 'sto termine lo sai!!!... e facemmo pure la rima, va' !), using wammu on Ubuntu 9.04 I got some issues readin' SMS. On my mobile device, a Samsung SGH-J700, I have no problems with SMS 'cos it's able to display these ones but when I try to fetch the messagges from that mobile none of them is displayed on wammu. Could you explain why this problem occur and how to solve that?

io cambierei SMS con text messages, perché con SMS gli anglofoni indicano il servizio di messaggistica, non i messaggi.

Ero indeciso, lasciare SMS (Short Message Service) o usare "text messages"... non mi "piace" tanto quel "when", però ci può stare... per quanto riguarda le forme gergali, in effetti mi feci prendere la mano... pardon!!!... il "does" dopo "why" non va poiché la domanda è la richiesta di una spiegazione (explain), cioè la domanda la regge quel "Could" iniziale.

You can try using newer Gammu version or at least provide us debug log
so that we can check where the problem lies.

In sostanza poi sono riuscito ad aggiornare il programma attraverso un repository ppa  :-)
Però il problema non si è risolto (o forse non è stato specificato bene  :-\ )e continuava a ripresentarsi. Allora ho scritto ancora in mailing list (allegando il file .log) venerdì 4 settembre:

Wammu is now 0.30.1, Gammu is 1.26.0 and python-gammu is 1.26.0 but It's
