Tema ubuntu!!

Buona sera a tutti, qualcuno di voi ha mai visto un tema con i pulsanti di chiusura fatti come questo??

sapete come potrei fare per impostare la barra sopra della finestra con quel tasto di chiusura che esce?

Nella pagina che hai elencato c'è scritto come fare
EMERALD
1. Install emerald.
2. Press ALT+F2 and type emerald --replace
3. Go to System->Preferences->Emerald theme manager.
4. Click on the import button to import the .emerald files.
5. Select a theme from the list.
Ovviamente se non ce l'hai devi installare l'emerald theme manager e poi installare i temi che scarichi da quella pagina. E impostare come gestore finestre emerald e non GTK window decoration, tramite la fusion icon o come c'è scritto poco sopra.
