edit: i repository gli ho aggiunti, mi sono venuti fuori millemila aggiornamenti, ma non l'aggiornamento di versione, ma alla fine non mi importa tanto aggiornare, con il computer ci "lavoro" anchem quindi non farei molto con una alpha1 piena di bug dove possono pure danneggarsi i file

non è consigliabile installare una versione in sviluppo su un pc su cui lavori. è meglio se fai una partizione ad hoc.

Nei progetti di Canonical per Natty è per caso previsto l'integrazione di ksplice nel gestore aggiornamenti?
Nel caso non sarebbe possibile proporlo invece di dover usare il programma "esternamente" al gestore di aggiornamenti?
inoltre mi sarebbe piaciuto che Canonical eliminasse rhythmbox di default in favore di un programma in stile minitunes, coerentemente con la recente politica di semplificazione dei programmi di default sulla distribuzione

nella tua macchina quotidiana: MALE
nella tua partizione di test: attento che sono per maverick, se hai già messo i repo di Natty potresti avere problemi...
si, comunque porteranno probabile instabilità

è NECESSARIO, dato che gnome3 si chiama così perché userà le gtk+3 anziché le gtk+2.
Non tutte le novità sono gingilli estetici, a volte sono necessità funzionali
(inoltre credo che saranno più leggeri e reattivi, molti si lamentano della lentezza dell'apertura dei menu, magari in gtk+3 sono + fluidi)

tranquillo che ubuntu rimane a gtk2 e tutto il resto, non vedrai nè gnome-shell nè gnome3 (nè, credo, zeitgeist)

Okay,forse sto per sparare una balla colossale ma... Gnome-Shell non è solo una componente in più di tutto Gnome 3? Ovvero,non si può usare Gnome 3 senza gnome-shell o usare semplicemente i "componenti" in gtk+3?
