ping troppo alto?

Visto che è una richiesta di commento, e non di supporto, vi volevo postare il risultato di un comando ping da wi-fi che ho provato a fare, e confrontandolo con altre discussioni (da cui ho preso spunto per il test), i risultati mi sembrano alti e non del tutto coerenti...

Prova a vedere con una smartphone che esce, oppure via ethernet.

Allora... il modem che uso (webcube della Tre) non ha l'ethernet, quindi non posso testarlo.

A me sembrano troppo alti, e troppo incoerenti, visto che c'è una differenza abissale tra alcuni tempi...

è molto alto. dovrebbe stare almeno sotto i 100 ms.
prova a pingare google però, non si sa mai.

speedtest invece quanto ti da di ping?
sei in wifi o via cavo?

Il primo era a solo terminale aperto, il secondo con firefox (inattivo) aperto. Per vedere la differenza.
Speed test mi da
PING: 65ms
DOWNLOAD: 2.6 Mbps
UPLOAD: 3.59 Mbps
Ho un webcube della tre che è solo Wi-fi (nessun altro apparecchio connesso a parte il pc).
Ci capisco sempre meno... il valore di ping di speedtest.net non è male, ma l'upload superiore al download, e i valori alti del comando ping in terminale...

curioso che lo speed test ti dia 65 ms e google invece oltre 200...
che l'upload sia alto è una cosa buona, è il download che è bassino.
