sempre con mondorescue..e' passato tanto tempo ma mondorescue fa sempre le stesse cose
Non conosco questo acronis e questo xp..ma con MR e' possibile creare uno snapshot del sistema operativo funzionante, comprimendolo in una .ISO da ri-vitalizzare (con un livecd e mondorescue) quando si vuole ripristinare il vecchio sistema..c'e' proprio un opzione del programma che consente di importare una ISO del sistema che avevi salvato

      You can backup a non-RAID file system and restore it as RAID including the root partition (if your kernel supports that).

      You can backup a system running on one format and restore as another format.

      You can restructure your partitions, e.g. shrink/enlarge, reassign devices, add hard drives, etc, before you partition and format your drives. Mondo will restore your data and amend /etc/lilo.conf and /etc/fstab accordingly.

      You can backup Linux/Windows systems, including the boot sectors. Mondo will make everything right at restore-time. (However, do run "Scandisk" when you first boot into Windows, just in case.)
    *

      You can use your Mondo backup CD to verify the integrity of your computer.

Ma Acronis True Image 9-11, riconoscono le partizioni ext2, 3 e swap. Perchè non usi quello?

ciao grazie a tutti ..carciofone io non uso acronis perchè ho la versione 8 e mi pare che non funzioni su linux non credo si possa installarla..

Salve a tutti, ho appena scaricato e sto per installate ubuntu, ho anch'io acronis 8.0 e mi pare che supporta linux

Purtroppo io riscontro questo problema su un sistema dual boot e non capisco il perchè: http://forum.ubuntu-it.org/viewtopic.ph ... #msg880525

Penso che per provare basti scaricare una versione trial e farsi il cd di boot.
