[Risolto] [Video] Refresh Hz errato e la tele é nera conseguenya .. impossibile accedere

Ciao a tutti ragazzi ... stavo pasticciando con la risoluzione dello schermo (da Sistema, Preferenze, Risoluzione schermo) quando ad un brutto momento cambio il Refresh rate da 75 a 56 Hz e b²m mi esce scritto sullo schermo "Out of Range" e non riesco a rimetterlo a posto poiche é diventato tutto nero
Adesso sto usando il CD Live per vedere se riesco a risolvere, é meyy' ora che cerco ma non ho trovato nulla purtroppo.
Dal CD riesco a vedere l' HD dove ho ubuntu e questo é un bene perché se caso cambio l' xorg.con ... ora vi posto cosa ha scritto:

pongo la domanda mnagari in un modo un po' piu sempilce... si puo aumentaree il refresh da termiinale (ctrl alt F2)?
PS fino alla schermata di login tutto ok poi eseguo il login e b@m scompare tutto
