Ciao a tutti, vorrei un consiglio su quale programma installare per masterizzare CD/DVD.
Mi interessa un software che possa masterizzare praticamente tutto, compresi i DVD video.

Sì... ti installa tutte le librerie necessarie, quando lo caricherai sarà un po' lentino, ma poi va alla grande

io lo devo lanciare da terminale anche a voi non appare nel menu grafico(Applicazioni>>.....)?

io uso gnomebaker..... sinceramente mi sembra molto più bello di k3b ma comunque sono gusti!!
comunque gnomebaker penso sia più integrato con gnome e non si devono scaricare
tutte le librerie che richiede k3b.

Il mio cd/dvd masterizzatore va benissimo se uso l'utility di Gnome per scrivere sui dischi vuoti. Con gnomebaker invece ottengo questo:


Error mounting /media/cdrom0.

umount: /media/cdrom0 non è montato (secondo mtab)

Con graveman invece non funziona nulla perché non trova il dispositivo e nemmeno se lo metto a mano (/dev/hdc) lo accetta. Ma come è possibile se Gnome Nautilus ci scrive alla perfezione?

L'errore su gnome baker lo da anche a me ma lo puoi ingnorare dando l'ok... parte lo stesso e masterizza alla grande....
Non so sinceramente perchè da quell'errore ma per il resto funziona..

Io con K3b non ho problemi anche su gnome, e apt lo ha inserito nel pannello applicazioni

Io ho provato graveman senza problemi per fare un cd al volo, poche opzioni funziona subito, però volevo poi provare K3b.
Gcombust ha troppe opzioni per i miei gusti dovrei studiare troppo per sapere quali valori mettere per non avere problemi.

Per gnome il più bello è Graveman che anche se non è ricco di opzioni come K3b non fa mancare niente...

Quando masterizza gnomebaker ti da una finestrina, basta che leggi il log e ti dovrebbe comparire l'errore, al massimo fai un altro topic e inserisci il log completo.

Ragazzi,vi posto l'intero log di Gnome Baker...
arriva in fixing e da "scrittura fallita"....

Prima di continuare hai installato la versione di gnomebaker che è nei backports?

Ieri ho installato ubuntu, e mi sta dando grosse soddisfazioni. Oggi però... Mi è parso di impazzire. Ho buttato 2 cd-r e 1 cd-rw che mi ha fatto piantare winzozz. >:(
Allora. Ho scaricato gnomebaker 0.5 dai repository. Tutto OK, lo provo, mi svacca il primo CD. OK, riprovo senza l'opzione burnfree, e questo è il risultato

se lo apro da terminale ottengo:

inutile dire la fine del secondo CD.

Con serpentine invece si ferma a "preparazione del recorder" o qualcosa del genere.
Ho risolto con knoppix e k3b dal, udite udite, CD Live...
Pare funzionare, visto che sto ascoltando il CD su ubuntu.
Ho un supermulti LG esterno su porta usb 1.0, ubuntu lo vede ma non c'è verso di farlo funzionare

Per non farmi rovinare l'originale dai bambini ho provato a duplicare un CD della Playstation con k3b, ma mi ha restituito il seguente errore:

impossibile inviare l'immagine CUE
questo può essere provocato da impostazioni errate

c'è qualche impostazione particolare da settare?

ho lo stesso masterizzatore e c' è voluto un po per capire come farlo funzionare.
Controlla di avere installato tutti i dbus tipo
dbus-glib-1 (per gnome)
dbus-qt-1 (per kde)

Se li hai e continua a darti errore prova a masterizzare fermando (hal)
/etc/init.d/dbus stop

A me cosi funziona invece su quello vecchio(computer) in cui avevo le porte usb 1.1
cambiai anche (molto grezzo) il file cdrecord.mmap preso da quello di knoppix 3.3
e da li grande festa di masterizzazione
