Synaptic blocca la retrocessione di un pacchetto

Tempo fà avevo installato dei PPA di Empathy, mi sembra quelli da UBUNTU Tweak, ed aggiornato i relativi pacchetti.
Una volta eliminato il repository ho retrocesso tutti i pacchetti interessati alla versione karmic-update tranne 2, che il buon synaptic si rifiuta di retrocedere semplicemente deselezionandoli quando li seleziono.
i pacchetti sono libempathy30 e libempathycommon
tra le altre cose non posso neanche disinstallarli in quanto si porterebbero via, senza possibilità di esclusione anche ubuntu-desktop
Soluzioni per eliminare i pacchetti o riportarli alla versione dei repository ufficiali?

se sai qual è la stringa che rappresenta la versione ufficiale, puoi provare

sudo apt-get install nomepacchetto=versione

ho provato con

sudo apt-get install libempathy30=2.28.1.1-0ubuntu1

e da come risultato

I seguenti pacchetti hanno dipendenze non soddisfatte:
  libempathy30: Dipende: libempathy-common (= 2.28.1.1-0ubuntu1) ma 2.28.1.1-1+ppa9.10+1 sta per essere installato
E: Pacchetto danneggiato

...oppure chiudi il repo "partner" in "Synaptic (Gestore aggiornamenti)"... rifai l'update e se vengono restituiti "errori"/avvisi, posta l'intero output.



P.S.: Posta l'output mettendolo tra i tag[/b] [c o d e ] , il pulsante che ha per immagine un cancelletto, #... a che ci sei, potresti editare/modificare il "sources.list" che postasti prima mettendolo appunto tra i tag [ c o d e ] ?
