[Risolto] tradurre in italiano ubuntu 10.04!!??

pur avendolo fatto molte volte, questa volta non riesco, esce no language inforamtion available, posso scegliere tra cancel o update, faccio update ed esce An error occured W:impossibile scaricare alcuni file di indice: saranno ignorati o verrano usati quelli vecchi.        
faccio installa, ma non installa niente!!!!!!!!
potete aiutarmi?

a fare upgrade scaricherebbe 30mb in meno di quello che compare dal gestore di aggiornamenti


ubuntu mi fà incacchiare >:(, ieri perchè non sono riuscito a installare la lingua ho installato la 11.04, che oggi dato che è troppo lenta ho sostituito con la 10.04, ma di nuovo non riesco a metterla in italiano >:(!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
