Problema Gestore Aggiornamenti

Salve a tutti Ubuntiani

Vi chiedo aiuto per due problemi molto fastidiosi che non riesco a risolvere!

Ho notato che ogni volta che faccio partire il Gestore aggiornamenti e clicco su verifica, mi appare questo:
W: Errore GPG: http://ppa.launchpad.net lucid Release: Le seguenti firme non sono state verificate perché la chiave pubblica non è disponibile: NO_PUBKEY F192197F81992645

Invece quando provo a installare qualcosa tramite ppa ecco cosa appare ogni volta:

Qualcuno sa darmi una dritta per come eliminare questi fastidiosi errori? Soprattutto il secondo visto che non posso scaricare un cavolo da terminale

Può essere che il problema derivi dal fatto che vivendo in una residenza studentesca abbiamo una proxy?

Alluuuur, ho provato questi comandi. E all'update rispunta il fatidico errore:

1)vai su modifica di ogni messaggio con le risposte del terminale,dopo aver lettoquiparagrafo5 e le inserisci nel tag #code
come non detto
2)posta la risposta di
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade
in modo che chi ti ha risposto possa capire i problemi.

poi vai in →applicazioni→synaptic→impostazioni→repository→aggiornamenti e assicurati che siano disabilitati i backports e prosposed,se non lo sono disabilitali, ridia nel terminale.
