ubuntu software center non si apre più, sulla barra sotto mi esce scritto "avvio di ubuntu software center" ma poi effettivamente non si apre niente.

e nel file che ti si apre elimina la terzultima e la penultima riga:

dice che non riconosce la distribuzione,probabilmente è stata l'aggiunta del repo di Mint a creare il problema

si apre o no??

no non si apre, ho postato quello che esce sul terminale

sudo apt-get --purge remove software-center
poi vai in home permi ctr+h va in .config elimina cartella software-center
poi ridai
sudo apt-get install software-center
sudo apt-get install ubuntu-desktop
