Posta sempre l'output completo, dal prompt col comando all'intero output.

Sul problema, hai messo l'identificativo del paese nel nome, vero ?

Prova così:

Codice: Seleziona tutto

sudo apt-get install -f
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
sudo apt-get install libreoffice-l10n-it
Sostituisci il 'it' con altro identificativo se desideri un linguaggio differente.

Hai un ppa di precise (12.04) in mezzo ai repo di trusty (14.04) rimuovilo e ridai i comandi di aggiornamento

:) Salve, hai probabilmente un conflitto di repository, nell'output leggo svariati ppa di Precise, riguardanti proprio il supporto linguistico, che devi togliere e poi riaggiornare.

O lo elimini da Software e aggiornamenti o elimini il relativo file in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/

l'unico riferimento a "precise" che ho trovato su software e aggiornamenti, sotto altro software è "added by software-center;credentials stored in /etc/apt/auth.confprecise". L'ho deselezionato e dopo ho dato di nuovo sudo apt-get update, ma il problema rimane

Da sorgenti software disabiliti tutti i ppa esterni che hai messo e con synaptic disinstalli tutti i pacchetti inerenti libreoffice. Una volta eliminato tutto lo reinstalli. Pare essere un problema del ppa di libreofice

Sto seguendo la procedura che mi hai indicato. Ho disinstallato i pacchetti da synaptic. Ora da dove installo libreoffice? Direttamente dal sito del programma?

non mi pare che su 14.04 sia presente 5.3, tu hai due ppa per libreoffice

io proverei a rimuovere totalmente libreoffice, poi rimuovi o disabiliti i ppa di libreoffice e dai un update del sistema, e provi a reinstallarlo, a questo punto rimossi i ppa e fatto l'update ti dovrebbe installare la versione dei repo ufficiali

io proverei a rimuovere totalmente libreoffice, poi rimuovi o disabiliti i ppa di libreoffice e dai un update del sistema, e provi a reinstallarlo, a questo punto rimossi i ppa e fatto l'update ti dovrebbe installare la versione dei repo ufficiali
da synaptic ho installato la 5.3.0.3.

si, avevo visto, non ho 14.04 sottomano, ma credo che la trovi in synaptic perchè arriva dai ppa che hai aggiunto , qui a quanto pare la versione di libreoffice su trusty è 4.2.8
