Salve, non hai letto la wiki che ti ho postato, 'auto-apt' và installato e configurato, e piglia un poco di tempo.
Qui la wiki
wilecoyote/provawcdasorgenti, ti consiglio 'auto-apt' poiché semplifica moltissimo il problema delle dipendenze, trovi tutto nella wiki.
Volendo si può farne a meno usando il comando:
Però ogni volta che manca una dipendenza ti tocca cercarla, installarla e ridare il comando, e Amule temo ne abbia tante.

Salve, e io che pensavo che il mio sistema avesse qualcosa di strano...
Allora il 1° output, 'sudo auto-apt update', è a posto, semplicemente non trova i 2 collegamenti indicati.
L'output del 2° , 'sudo auto-apt updatedb', invece cercando in rete trovo questa
discussione, un tantino datata però.
Prova prima a fare un aggiornamento.
L'indicazione di 'gnome-terminal' credo sia riferita a qualche baco, od almeno questo ho trovato in rete, talora con indicato d'aggiornare per risolvere, ari daje.
Per l'ultimo comando, evidentemente non è eseguibile, dai il comando:

Salve, prova a spostare i ppa in backup e poi a riaggiornare, per farlo:
