Salve, sto utilizzando Lubuntu 24.04 (Noble Numbat) con l'ambiente desktop LXQt e il server grafico X11. Ho installato Lutris per i giochi, ma sto riscontrando un problema con Vulkan: sta utilizzando il renderer llvmpipe invece del driver corretto per la mia GPU AMD.

Problema: Quando avvio un gioco con Lutris o anche quando testo Vulkan, il sistema sembra utilizzare llvmpipe invece del driver AMD il che impedisce il corretto avvio dei giochi. Questo rende tutto inutilizzabile. Come posso risolvere questo problema?

Siamo sicuri che una scheda integrata su un processore di 10+ anni fa abbia un supporto completo a Vulkan?

Installa i vulkan-tools e poi da terminale:

Ed ecco perché vedi llvmpipe come Vulkan renderer quando avvii i giochi o fai i test.

Ho provato a vedere il topic suggerito. Ma va bene, è sicuro reinstallare i driver Oibaf? Non vorrei fare un pasticcio.

Inserendo il comando:
glxinfo -B | grep "OpenGL renderer"
mi da questo output:
OpenGL renderer string: KABINI (radeonsi, , LLVM 19.1.1, DRM 2.50, 6.14.0-24-generic)
mentre all'altro utente sembra che il sistema usasse llvmpipe come renderer OpenGL

A queste domande non so rispondere, e non possedendo un hardware simile al tuo non posso nemmeno fare delle prove. Quindi o aspetti qualcuno che abbia esperienza con la tua scheda video, oppure ti armi di pazienza e fai delle ricerche mirate.

In ogni caso, permettimi di osservare una cosa. Una GPU integrata di una APU AMD del 2014 non ha certo un buon supporto Vulkan, e non ha certo la potenza necessaria per renderizzare giochi 3D moderni.
