Salve a tutti,
vorrei installare l'antenna USB in oggetto sul mio Ubuntu 24.04.2.
Ho scaricato i driver, che, se ho scelto bene, dovrebbero essere contenuti in una cartella dal nome 924ACWiFi_linux_ che ho salvato in Scaricati.
Per favore, qualcuno mi potrebbe dare una dritta per configurarli correttamente nel mio sistema?

Di default non possiede driver per Linux, ma sono recuperabili sul web.

Ho postato il primo comando, poi leggendo la risposta che diceva che la usb wifi Comfast non risultava installata, non ho continuato a postare gli altri comandi.
Li devo eseguire lo stesso? Pur se il primo dice che non è installata?

Sì. la mia rete è in elenco. È lo smartphone Galaxy A23.

Riguardo alla discussione che mi consigli, è un topic che ho aperto io quando avevo la USB LinQ 1200 Dual Band. Un'antenna che avevo acquistato circa quattro anni fa.
Una quindicina di giorni fa si è probabilmente fusa per il troppo caldo. Ho provato reinstallarla ma si attivava per brevi istanti e poi spariva. Quindi ho ritenuto fosse arrivata la sua fine e l'ho cestinata.
A casa avevo anche questa Comfast, la uso a volte su un notebook con Win 10 che la supporta bene. Mentre, inserirla su Ubuntu, non da segni di vita... o, quantomeno, non mi crea la connessione alla rete tramite il mio smartphone (nelle istruzioni infatti, non riporta i distrò Linux quali sistemi compatibili).
Per questo ho recuperato questi driver per Ubuntu e ho chiesto dritte qui per come configurarli.

Sto facendo questo tentativo prima di decidere di comprarne una nuova compatibile coi sistemi Linux.

Altra informazione che forse può essere utile è che, dopo avere cestinato la precedente USB LinQ 1200 Dual Band, ho eliminato anche la cartella (salvata in Scaricati) che conteneva i vecchi driver. Anche perché provando la Comfast con quella configurazione non ha mai funzionato.

P.S.: Sto aggiornando questo ultimo post, poiché mi sono accorto che il problema era legato al fatto che non visualizzavo più l'icona delle connessioni sulla barra degli strumenti! ... Per cui sono andato a cercarle nelle applicazioni, le ho trovate, ho inserito la password del mio router smartphone e la connessione è partita. È apparsa anche l'icona di connessione sulla barra
