[Driver] Problema HTC+Ubuntu!

ciao a tutti vorrei sapere se qualcuno come me ha bisogno di usare la connessione ad internet via cellulare collegandolo con cavo usb!!


ho un htc tytnII che non viene rilevato correttamente dal sistema e quindi non mi è possibile utilizzarlo come modem!



mi scuso anticipatamente se ho sbagliato sezione e colgo l'occasione di complimentarmi con la comunità ubuntu per tutto quello che sta facendo fino ad ora!!!

possibile che nessuno abbia mai avuto la necessità di collegare un cel al pc per sfruttarlo come modem e connettersi ad internet?!

mi scuso anticipatamente se ho sbagliato sezione e colgo l'occasione di complimentarmi con la comunità ubuntu per tutto quello che sta facendo fino ad ora!!!
questo htc ha windows mobile giusto? allora c'è un programmino "collegamento modem" sul tuo palmare, devi attivare quello e poi connetterlo con il cavetto usb. A quel punto wdial (o kppp o gnome ppp a seconda del frontend che usi) lo rileva. Tutto sta poi nel trovare le giuste stringhe.

ho provato e riprovato non lo vede proprio, ho attivato sul palmare la connessione tramite cavo usb, ho messo le stringhe  sul palmare e ho poi
usato sia kppp che gnomePPP ma non lo vedono.Ho notato invece, che entrambi i programmi, quando interrogo il modem vedono quello integrato nel portatile ma non quello usb, come giustamente deve essere.
