salve mi rivolgo a voi dopo averle provate un po tutte!!!!!
Ho istallato ubuntu 8.04 e non va l'audio...

se lancio il comando :

infine vi dico che ho reistallato alsa-base e alsa-utils ma nulla niente audio
e ora dopo aver modificato file di configurazione qua e la non mi compare il simbolo del suono sulla barra del desktop

Spero ci sia qualcuno che mi sappia almeno dire che tipo di problema ho che non ho ancora capito >:(

aiutatemi non so piu che fare!!!! ::) ::) ::)

ok rieccomi sono stato impegnato e non ho potuto dedicare tempo alla risoluzione del problema audio....
ho formatttato tutto e reistallato la 8.04
l'audio logicamente non va... >:(

ho seguito le indicazioni trovate qui:

Apri il file /etc/modules con:
Codice:
sudo gedit /etc/modules

e alla fine del file inserisci (se non dovesse esserci) questa stringa:

snd-hda-intel
salva esci.

Poi apri il file alsa-base con:
Codice:
sudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base

e inserisci alla fine del file questa stringa:
options snd-hda-intel model=lenovo
salva esci Riavvia il sistema.

spero sia utile ad altri che hanno avuto il mio stesso problema.........
