Grazie Roberto
1. Install the packages of pcsc-lite v0.9 or higher. You can find this package from
our attached or from http://www.linuxnet.com/middle.html.
To install pcsc-lite, execute this command-
rpm -ivh pcsc-lite-1.1.1-1-redhat.i386.rpm
2. Copy the file ezusb.so to the directory
/usr/lib/readers.
(If the directory does not exist, use the command "mkdir /usr/lib/readers" to create.)
3. Open the pcsc-lite configuration file : /etc/reader.conf
Reference our attached file "reader.conf" and
Add the content of this file to /etc/reader.conf.
This content is :
FRIENDLYNAME "CASTLES EZ100PU"
DEVICENAME CAS_SMART_RDR
LIBPATH /usr/lib/readers/ezusb.so
CHANNELID 0x000000
You can change the reader name according to your reader type.
For example, If your reader is EZmini, you can set its reader to "CASTLES EZMINI".
4. Reboot the system.
5. After reboot, insert a card. If the led of the reader turns red, the installation
of EZ100PU driver is successful.
