[Audio] Le casse non funzionano le auricolari si

Salve ho appena installato ubuntu gutsy su un acer aspire 5051 awxmi.
Tutto bene.
L'unico inconveniente è l'audio. Praticamente le casse non funzionano , ma solo quelle infatti se inserisco delle cuffie si sente tutto forte e chiaro.
Avete risolto problemi simili ??

ok ho conf alsa e sembra funzionare!

non uso hardy perchè il pc è un po vecchio e pure perchè hardy è una bufala.
Provato in 4 pc e laptop ed ho sempre rimesso gutsy che con tutti gli aggiornamenti è il TOP
